Obtaining personal property coverage as an additional insured of the owner or managers current property policy is significantly less expensive than a traditional Renters insurance policy available in the marketplace.

What does Skinner Select renters insurance cover?

It includes coverage for fire, lightning, explosion, wind, hail, smoke, water and forced entry burglary. Contents coverage is at full replacement cost and subject to a $250 deductible. This policy does NOT include coverage for Flood or tenant’s Liability.
